"Dear Michael Kaim and Team,

I am writing a letter in regards to the sale of our home on Johnnycake Ridge Rd. in Concord. Joe and I found the house of our dreams in July 2004. We purchased out new home and put our old home for sale through a small reality company. Our home did not sell during the time of our contract with the other realtor. The day after our contract had expired, I received a phone call form Michael Kaim asking to have us interview him and hire him to sell our home. After so much discouragement over the previous realtor, my husband and I decided to put our home up ?For Sale by Owner.? However, everyday Michael was calling the house, very politely, and asking us to just give him a few minutes and interview him. After about 4 weeks of us trying to sell our home on our own, my husband and I decided to go ahead and interview Michael.
When I called Michael that day, we made an appointment to come over to the house and talk with him. During this time, Michael explained his selling strategies, and how he and his team could sell our home. He showed us articles from local newspapers on how he could sell the unsellable home.
He was positive, and extremely professional during his presentation. Even though we did not sign with Michael that day, he called daily to follow up to see if we had made a decision. After about one week, Joe and I decided to sign with Michael. On the day we signed our contract, he assured us of his work. Michael said, "I guarantee my work."
Michael contacted my husband on any activity on the house. Finally after about 90 days, we got the bite we were looking for. We had an offer! On the evening the offer came across, and Michael had a signed contract form the new owner. Michael rushed over at 9:30 p.m. to have us sign. That showed me that he definitely goes above and beyond his call of duty. Four weeks later and many phone calls to Joe, our house that we had been trying to sell for 8 months finally closed, and the day I saw the SOLD sign up will forever be one of my most memorable days! Michael and his staff worked diligently to make sure that we were happy and also that the new owners were satisfied.
I want to thank Michael Kaim and his entire team of supportive staff at Prudential Select Properties for all of their hard work and dedication. Each and every time I called, which was quite often, they all treated me very professionally and it seemed to me like we were their only client. They all took the time to answer any questions we had along the way, and for that I commend the entire team. Thank you so much for all your hard work and dedication in making the sale of our home a very pleasant experience. I will be sure to refer The Michael Kaim Team in the future.
