I have been licensed since 1999 and joined The Michael Kaim Team in 2003. Since that time I have been Michael's top selling agent, selling nearly $20 million in real estate. My goal is to treat every customer like they are my only client and provide them with the best service I can possible. I love my career and love meeting new people along the way.
I have over 10 years of sales experience and emerged a true sales professional for the real estate industry. My experience originated from some of the most challenging industries. I attribute my success to both formal education and my father, who is a nationally ranked sales professional and entrepreneur in his industry.
I graduated from Gilmour Academy in 1995. After graduating, I was asked to join a relocation firm where I helped create a marketing research department while at the same time I was enrolled at John Carroll University (JCU). While attending JCU, I began to hone my skills in marketing as a sales professional. During my college years I started my first sales job as a high-end food broker. I quickly became one of the top sales professionals within my organization. Just as I succeeded at my first sales position I was also successful at developing strong relationships with people. One of those relationships was with Michael Kaim, where he and I shared the same classes together and became close friends.
After graduating from JCU in 1999 with a BSBA in Marketing, I furthered my education by obtaining an MBA from JCU in 2002. After finishing my master’s degree I decided to pursue a position as an industrial sales engineer. As an industrial sales engineer, I was successful at establishing major accounts and breaking into new markets. At that time the U.S. economy began to decline along with businesses and their capital budgets. I started to consider other business opportunities that would be more rewarding for my efforts.
In 2003, I had reached a major turning point and found myself embarking on a new career as a real estate agent. Michael had just established a team within Prudential Select Properties and I decided to become a partner. I established over 20 clients and performed over 15 transactions within the first several months. I have been consistently one of the top sales leaders and have been successful at sharing the title of top listing agent on a monthly basis.
I have finally discovered a career path that is consistent with my skill set, marketing background, and sales experience, which includes a family of people that I look forward to working with daily. I hope that you have the opportunity of experiencing our family at The Michael Kaim Team.

I am an Associate Broker that has been licensed and full time in real estate since June 1971. My husband Frank and I were Broker/Owners of Century 21 Launders from 1975 until 2002 when we sold our seven offices to Prudential Select Properties. I am a CRS (Certified Residential Specialist) and a Buyer and Seller Relocation Specialist for Prudential Select Properties. I also specialize in new construction and am currently the Project Sales Manager for Larimar, Lake County's First Gated Waterfront Upscale Community. This new home project will consist of 170-200 new construction homesites including single family, duplex, midrise, and condominiums priced from mid $200's to $750,000 +. I enjoy taking care of my customers both old and new, while enjoying life with my husband, my 5 children, 6 grandsons, and 4 granddaughters.

As the lead agent on a new-construction condominium project, I have been able to enjoy a different side of the real estate industry. I have been a licensed Realtor since 1987. I joined The Michael Kaim Team in May of 2002. I was an "old school" real estate agent who did not know or appreciate the value of the Team concept. I quickly learned the many benefits to our customers. The attention to detail and the specialized knowledge is second to none. Our customers are thrilled with the service they received and happy customers are my goal.
In 2002 I graduated with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Advertising. After graduation, I took a management position with The Limited Corporation for 2 years. During that time I was promoted and received company-wide recognition for my Merchandising and Sales achievements.
During the summer of 2004 I was recruited by The Michael Kaim Team to use my management skills as the Operations Coordinator. Along with daily operations, I also work with the Marketing Coordinator to create and produce direct mailing campaigns. Though my specialty is in advertising, I quite enjoy being involved in many aspects of the real estate process.

I joined the Michael Kaim Team in 2008, bringing with me 5 years experience in Real Estate as a Listing Manager. I also have a strong customer service background with 10 years in Retail as a Department Manger for a major department store in Mentor.
The position of Listing Manager/Coordinator carries dual responsibilities, as I also work as the Marketing Coordinator. My job responsibilities include providing administrative support to the sales associates on our team, to ensure the office runs smoothly; entering listings into the Multiple Listing System and onto various web sites; maintaining the showing service for our Sellers; and creating print ads, customized property flyers and Virtual Tours. I want to ensure that each property receives maximum exposure using the various media. I also provide seller support, answering any questions that may arise during the Listing process.

I handle every detail of the transaction from ordering the title work, scheduling and negotiating inspections, following the loan process, appraisal, city inspections, utilities, keys, etc...

I was raised in Euclid and earned undergraduate and graduate degrees from Ohio University. With a background in teaching and retail business, I began my real estate career in 2001 as a licensed Realtor® and real estate investor. In 2006 I was fortunate to attend Reppert’s, one of America’s great auction schools and I was accepted to apprentice with the internationally recognized auctioneer, Pamela Rose, of Toledo, Ohio. My wife, Susan (RN), and I have resided in Willoughby Hills for the past 27 years. Our three daughters graduated from Willoughby South High School before attending Ohio University, Case Western Reserve, and the University of Michigan. All of us are devoted pet lovers and skiing enthusiasts.
